I have been with Kern Schools-Valley Strong since 2004. This IS the best place to use for banking. BofA, Chase, Wells Fargo, are always being investigated for corrupt practices. I've used them, I will NOT ever walk into their banks.EVER.

This location is racist. I was the only Mexican member in there and I was wearing a hat. I witnessed 2 other members (not Mexican ) in front of me withdrawing money as well wearing a hat . But why was I the one they asked to remove my hat for the camera Mind you I had all proper identification bank card and drivers license. So I questioned this and was told this was normal procedure. So I asked why wasn’t the other members required to do so. I asked to speak with a manager but of course she was not available. I would have been more than accommodating if they were to have asked the other members as well. That’s just racial profiling at it finest.

Staff was great! They answered all of my questions. I switched to Valley Strong, because I was a Chase customer for years and I just couldn’t handle all the fraud that was going on with my accounts. My son is a Valley Strong customer and he recommended me to you. He said he’s never had a problem with your bank and I can see why the staff is very accommodating and willing to help.!

I’ve been a member for over 15 years now at Valley Strong and i cannot say anything bad about this institution.Their exemplary service is unmatched.All the staff are kind ,courteous and attentive .Their core values are STRONG.

I recently sat down with one of the consultants named Nancy Guillen and she is superb.She met me at not only on a professional level but also at a personal level as well..

I will continue to promote Valley Strong ,in fact all of us in our family circle now go to this institution.

I love banking at this bank. I’ve been banking with you guys for over 15 years but the bank that I was at they make you feel like family and they always treat me very well when I go there. I’ve never had a one problem with you guys.
