I am editing my original review as this company and it's staff have made things right. I was an odd case of taking over an existing account. There were billing issues and my first review was less than great. I have to say Telecloud- Josiah and Ben (from support) really stepped up and made sure everything got straightened out. We had some hiccups with the change of hands but all was resolved. Thanks
