I was charged $28.00 for a call from my brother then they tried to charge me $48.00 for a second call that was never made I am most definitely disputed that second charge this company is a rip off!!!!!!!!!!

I got charged 28 each for two calls from my son at a homeless shetler in Ca. This is a rip off. Then I got two charges for 5.60 each for no calls what so ever. Can you please explain all of this? I have no intentions of paying for calls I did not authorize or receive. you are ripping off people who can least afford it.

Absolutely without a doubt the most insane 25 second phone call. Picked a friend up from bus station, they had their phone stolen, they used this service for a collect call. Literally said, “ hi , I’m here” and hung up. The charge was $28 . Have reported to the BBB , the communications inspector and anyone else I can think of. Do not accept calls from this company.! Scam! Fraud!

Please DON'T accept collect calls or any other stuff they claim to sell. I'm on day 2 disputing $55.95 per the representative who sold me prepaid 50 minutes that my husband could use from the facility the pay phones are set up at? You get a different person every time you call this place. Some of them are rude and some of them have some customer service skills. Very frustrating nobody has the right answer to assist you with, save yourself from going crazy.

Horrible, horrible company. We called to dispute the TWO charges on our account for a short collect call - they put a $28 10 day hold on our account to "verify the card" and then a charge for $36.45 for the actual call. No warning is given in the automated call. We called to complain and the operator put us on hold while she went to listen to the recording you hear when you receive the call. She agreed that no warning is given but then proceeded to "explain" how expensive it is to run a telecommunications business as a justification for the charges. We are disputing the charges with our bank.
I would have rather not given these thieves ANY stars.

Do not accept calls from this company. They prey on the families with loved ones in jail of prison. These charges are unbelievably high! I am IRATE and will do everything possible to get these charges reversed. No one nor any recording ever told me what the charge per minute would be so there are no terms to accept once you've entered your credit card # they will rob you blind. Negative stars if it were possible.

Can I give a negative number of stars for my review? Absolute crooks! My son was stranded and called me collect. As soon as I entered my card number, the call disconnected and I never even got to speak to him and then was charged $24!!!! Way to go Custom Teleconnect you managed to screw over someone who was in a bind.

These people are Crooks charged $52 for a 1 min. lang distance call. They try to justify by saying it went through 5 companies to complete my call. These people are crooks. Do not trust and cancel any credit card you used with them.
