The reason for a great experience was due to going on xmas eave and only 5 other people being helped or in the lobby. The 2 workers i dealt with were polite and quick. This day may start to be my goto if I can wait for the in person visit

Just got into town from Maryland, plates expire today, and I had no appointment. I filled out the required forms, took a number, and was in/out in under an hour…I’d say 30 minutes. The cute lady Dodgers fan with the glasses at windows 7, was really helpful!

I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The people who work there are extremely nice and helpful. I want to say thank you to Jennifer, she was super sweet and helpful, as well as the young man who helped me when I first walked in, unfortunately I didn't catch his name, as well as the young lady who took my picture. Best DMV experience I've ever had. Thank you all. Keep up the good work.

I dreaded going to any DMV office. But I've heard Visalia's is terribly slow. But I had just purchased a travel trailer and its tags expired the next day, so I had to go. When I entered I was allowed priority service because I am handicapped. The lady who served me was very pleasant and promptly gave me the information and form I needed to fill out. As soon as I filled out the form she called me to the window again. She reviewed my paperwork then handed me a number and told me to sit down until called. I assumed I would be there for several hours at the least. Within minutes my number was called. I went to a new window. A gentleman requested my paperwork. He promptly prepared my new title and tags for the trailer. I thought I would have to pay over $800.00 as the person I bought it from had paid the month before I purchased the trailer. To my surprise it cost me only $83.00 to place the travel trailer in my name, get a new title, and tags for the next year. I was in and out of Visalia DMV within 25 minutes with no appointment. Best of all, all the staff there were very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. A first for myself, and I am 67 years old.

Que mala atención tienen y muy groseros. Mi papá hoy tenía cita para hacer su examen de manejo y no se lo quisieron hacer una chica seguramente de padre Mexicanos humillo muy feo a mi papá, y le exigió que tenía que hablar inglés.
Que incluso el examen tenía que ser en inglés y mi papá no lo habla.

Pésimo trato…. Yo no sé cómo tienen personas así de groseras en servicio a la comunidad (agencias de gorbierno)

It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, you'll wait just as long as people with appointments. For every 1 appointment called up, they call up 5 without an appointment. Be prepared to wait well over 90 minutes even with an appointment.
