I had an overall disappointing experience, starting with the manager and staff.
I came in fully intending to purchase a new iPhone. The associate handled everything quickly. However, when it came time to pay, their card reader didn’t work. They tried five different readers and even used the kiosk, but nothing worked. I knew it wasn’t an issue with my card because my fiancé’s card didn’t work either.

The associate called the manager, but even she couldn’t get it resolved. After 30 minutes of troubleshooting with no solution, I suggested ordering the phone through the app with their guidance. I knew they wouldn’t get a commission, but at that point, I just wanted to complete the purchase. The associate then said, “It must be his account because this happened to a Doctor who came in, and knew she had money.” Meanwhile, another employee used a card reader right next to us, and it worked fine.

When I asked for help with the app, it was clear the associate was frustrated that he wouldn’t get a commission, as if it was my fault. Even worse, they never offered to have someone else try the transaction under their account so at least that store could make money. The manager and employee walked away without apologizing or offering further assistance, leaving me to figure it out on my own, saying, “Wish we could help.” I’m in my 20s if i felt confident enough to order through the app i would have done it in the first place. I needed help from them and left with none.

DO NOT GO TO THIS Verizon location. They have the worst customer service we were assigned a young man to help us with our father's flip phone and had no clue what he was talking about.. we asked him if it could be a bad battery his response was "nope it's the motherboard " this being a brand new phone sent to us because his original phone also had a blown motherboard. When he realized there wasn't going to be a sale he walked away and grabbed another customer. The Trinity store however had awesome service and told us it was definitely a bad battery and sent us to the right place. If I could give them a negative number I would.

UPDATE: They responded to my review by asking me to fill out a form and that they would contact im in approximately 5 days. That was 20 days ago. It's safe to say they will not be contacting me. I guess the same incompetent people that are in charge of the store are the people in charge of the reviews. Makes sense. I think at this point its time to end my 27 year relationship with this company.

I went here because there was a problem with a phone my mom ordered online. I explained to the rep that the phone was linked to my dads phone number and not mine. The rep said no problem. He did somethings on the phone and the tablet and said I was all set. I was surprised how fast the problem was fixed so I asked him twice, are you sure everything is good, my dad's not going to lose service is he? the rep assured me that I was all set. I went home. It took an hour for the transfer to be complete. When the transfer was complete, it turns out that they did not fix the problem, they transferred my dads phone number to the phone anyways. I went back and they brought out Chris K. to solve the problem. I spent literally 30 minutes explaining the problem to him and he would not understand. He kept saying you made a mistake online. I spoke slow, I tried to explain like we know that, that's why I came in to begin with, but no matter what he would not understand what I was saying. I think he was doing it on purpose. I was asking them to please just reserve whatever actions you took today. Actions I didn't ask for. I literally went in so that they could change the IMEI numbers on the account for me, but instead they activated the phone and tried to blame it on me. I mean hilarious. At the end, they were not able to reverse the actions they took and Chris K started to get aggressive and raised his voice and I started to feel uncomfortable so I left. It's worth mentioning, that my dad is a doctor and potentially, a mistake like this can cost someone's life. To the employees at this location, its just a whatever mistake "mistakes happen" as Chris K would say, but taking away someone's cellphone service and being unable to restore the service, can result in serious consequences. Will never use this location again.

A great experience from Service Rep. Corey- He wonderfully assisted my 90 year old grandparents with their phone. He made them feel understood and added patience and humor. They were in and out in a few minutes with a problem resolution I wasn't able to help them with. Thank you!

I went in because the wrong account number was on my phone, I explained my problem, but the guy didnt even listen, said it was fixed, I trusted them, I went home to find out my problem was not fixed, called the store back and they didn't care, they said call verizon. Ok, yeah I will, and I wont be going back to any physical locations, there is no point, they don't have the technical expertise to help customers.
